Support Chicago's Crew.
In rowing, the drive is a synchronous pull-through effort to propel a crew’s boat through the water. It’s not a singular motion, but a team acting as one in strong, mounting unison. Together, they go farther, faster.
In similar effect, The Drive is a community benefit to power the Chicago Training Center (CTC). Founded on the core values of Sportsmanship, Expanding Horizons, and Community Responsibility, the CTC’s model rowing program helps at-risk, underserved youth realize their full athletic, academic, and personal potential, achieving top finishes in and out of the water. A team of volunteer coaches and generous local businesses help make our efforts possible. But we also need community members like you to actively support our work to ensure success comes at no cost to our rowers and their families.
At our 10th annual community social and benefit dinner, the CTC would be honored to have you take a seat among our crew. Chest up. Heart open. Lean in. Pull through.
